Feature-Length Documentary –

Millions in America live with the lasting effects of lead poisoning, a hidden crisis linked to cognitive and behavioral struggles. Despite its known dangers, lead-based paint remained in U.S. homes for decades, disproportionately affecting low-income and Black communities.

Hiding in the Walls exposes this ongoing epidemic, tracing its roots in housing discrimination and economic exploitation. The film amplifies the voices of survivors fighting to reclaim their stories and reveals how lead poisoning continues to shape urban America.
